1. Foundation Course
Our foundation course is suitable for the medical professionals who are complete beginners in The Field of minimally invasive aesthetic medicine
Botulin toxin and dermal fillers.
This is the perfect course for the delegates who may have already had some experience and want to build on that knowledge. In this course delegates will learn how to inject Botulin toxin in the upper facial third -three areas; global, forehead and around the eye area. They will understand the chemical details behind the botulin toxin as well as the correct dilution and storage and injecting techniques. Day two is dedicated to dermal fillers and basics on dermal fillers, as well as simple injection techniques, such as linear threading, as well as fan technique when injecting dermal fillers. The first two course sessions will be done remotely with a maximum of ten students present on the call, the third day will be hands on with a maximum of three people present.Aims And Objectives Of The Course

Day 2: Dermal Fillers
- The history of dermal fillers and it’s common uses in medicine

- Types of fillers
- Histology of skin and safety in injecting dermal fillers

- Injecting techniques linear threading techniques and fanning
- Complications and management MCQ
Day 3: Hands On Training
Every candidate will choose a slot for the hands on training with his/her model. Each candidate will be taught linear threading and fanning technique as well as injecting the upper face with Botulin toxin.
We will be answering questions during the hands on session as well.
All of our courses are CPD accredited with 8 CPD points.

2. Advanced Course
Our advanced course is the perfect fit for candidates who already injects, and/or has already completed the basic course and wants to enhance their existing skills and knowledge. This course is divided into three days: The first two course sessions will be done remotely with a maximum of ten students present on the call, the third day will be hands on with a maximum of three people present.

Day 2: Advanced Dermal Filler
- Injection techniques for dermal fillers, filler types and classification
- Cannula vs needle techniques
- Artistic approach when injecting the mid face according to Dr Ivona’s unique approach and techniques
- Injecting into the temporal area
- Complications and how to avoid them
- Management of complications
During COVID restrictions the hands on course means that there will be a maximum of three people in the treatment room (the model, the delegate and the tutor). The candidate will deliver botox to the mid face, lower facial third and neck.
The delegate will be shown dermal fillers and advanced techniques, such as “cross hatching or fish bone techniques”. Th delegate will also deliver injections into the side face in order to achieve the best possible Zygomatic projection.
The delegate will also be encouraged to try eyebrow lift using dermal fillers and/or temple augmentation.
